Southern California Architecural Designer/Drafter October 13 2008
I am a young Architectural Drafter/Designer with energy and almost 7 years of ArchiCAD experience (using it until the latest version 12). I have worked on projects in southern California and Mexico, mostly contemporary style single, multi-family, and Condos; many are ocean front residential. I have experience in construction drawings, presentations and plan sumbittal.

Experienced ArchiCAD Designer Available October 2 2008
I have been working for a Design/Build Firm in Escondido, Wieme Design/Build. Mr. Wieme’s work is well known throughout San Diego North County and I have been producing all of his construction documents for almost ten years. I have been using ArchiCAD for the past seven years. I have also been involved in the design stages and produced the required documents for Design Review in Escondido, Oceanside and others. I use complex profiles for walls, enabling very detailed plan views, sections and details. I have attended Digital Vision’s “High Tech High Nature” retreat and Rex Maximillian’s Master Classes. I have attended most of the seminars available for ArchiCAD and was a regular at the local User Group until it was discontinued. I have been very committed to producing the very best product in all aspects. I was an art major at San Diego State and have always brought my artistic nature to all of my endeavors.
With the current construction economy Mr. Wieme has had to scale back as there has not been the workflow to maintain a full time employee. I have been truly appreciative of my time working for Norm Wieme and I may still help him with some of his projects but for right now I am receiving unemployment and trying to pursue other sources of employment. If you have any interest in my services, I can supply you with examples of my work.
I am available for full time employment, part time employment and contract work.
I am a licensed contractor (#407744), but due to a spinal cord injury have been limited to design work since 1998.

I have recently relocated to Southern California from Denver Colorado, and am looking for employment as an architectural intern/designer/ArchiCAD draftsman. Custom Exhibit Fabricator Seeks Qualified Detailer February 1 2008
We are looking for an individual with experience in construction detail, preferably in the exhibit industry. This is a creative field where the end product is constantly evolving to enhance the marketing of products.
We use ArchiCAD for setting up drawings for our exhibit and museum properties and Alphacam for CNC programming. We need an individual who can multi task and work well under pressure. We are a small company where every employee matters and is an asset to us. Salary will be based on experience in the exhibit industry. We are willing to train the right person that has an understanding of construction and drafting software. We are seeking self motivated and enthusiastic employees only. This position will require overtime when business necessitates it. We are located in Corona, CA.
